Winter means to me, being on a Paris hazy mood, with a hot cup of coffee in hands, wearing a warm pullover and keeping my "love" so close to me that even if I am in a cold car with him, we can feel like being next to a fireplace.

I bought this vintage box, with vintage cards and vintage price of 13 Euro. And who can care about this? The unknown Artists Friends of Fashion. Every card is surprisingly perfect painting adaptation of THE BEST Vogue Photos ever! It is a good idea for sending a postcard to a woman friend from somewhere far away...or a nostalgic trip on paths of real fashion history.....a nice way to understand why fashion is not something ephemeral but a route of something that goes ahead, like a big project of getting the tasteful sides of life moments in a dress, under a mystery woman hut shadow or wearing a promising lipstick.

But if you want just to convert this postcards to many nice big fashion portraits for your woman bedroom corner, it is also a very successful choice...

Vintage bikes

I love retro or vintage things, so much. Retro and vintage are not the same but are both very close to the past philosophy. I am a woman that I love the past more than the future and that because the past gives me the security of recollection. So I also love the retro bikes because are these that give me the sense of always modern, something that put its signature sometime and since then it is always fashionable and characteristic, too. Moreover, I love the vintage bikes because are so romantic and so feminine. Of course, I do not appeal to professional cyclists because for them, the matter is not mainly the style but the technical characteristics of a bike. For me and for some friends, the bicycle means a walk, a walk to the freedom, chic ride and a note of independance. The breeze of nature perfumes during cycling is the secret of real life and retro or vintage cycling is a touch of a dreaming side of life.....

Saturday night, I choose to live the experience of theatrical performance at "Apothiki"  theater, in Athens Center. Stanley Kubrick's masterpiece in a theatrical adaptation by Greek director, Giannis Kakleas who succeed to make this film of 1971 to approach the current reality.

Aris Servetalis, the actor.....and his performance left us speechless!

I am sorry but the word "exceptional" in English, is not enough for me to characterize this theatrical endeavor. The right  word in Greek is  ''Συγκλονιστκό"!!!
