I share with you the below delicious recipe:

*1 Arabic pita bread

*1 tablespoon of Tomato Paste

*1 tablespoon Yogurt

*1 teaspoon of Paprika

*1 teaspoon Garlic powder

*1 smal Cucumber cropped into 4 lanes

*3 Letucce leaves

*2 slices Avocado

Rolled up, cut this at 4 pieces, offer to your friends and enjoy your time with them!

Parkour's training methods have inspired a range of other activities , including freerunning  and l'art du déplacement. Although their creators define them as separate activities, practitioners and non-practitioners alike often find it difficult to discern the differences between them.wikipedia

Alcyone Days in a Vivienne Westwood Dressing

           

I think that nothing more than Vivienne Westwood Autumn/Winter 2013-2014 Collection could be matched so much to an Alcyone Greek Day. This collection is so colorful and sunny, so eccentric and happy as a perfect bright touch in the hazy winter's mood. I loved this inspiration from the first moment, reading the March Vogue oblation to the talented Vivienne Westwood fashion surprise for all us her fans.

Today, during a magic walk under the sun, next to the sea, the above memorable way of dressing came in my mind and I found ideal for a luminous winter walk to adopt an alternative, comfortable, mix & match, artistic appearance. 

Today, I baptized the Vivienne Westwood Autumn/Winter 2013-2014 Collection as an Alcyon Collection.

ALCYONE 

In Greek mythology, Alcyone (Ἁλκυόνη, Halkyónē) was the daughter of Aeolus, either by Enarete or Aegiale. She married Ceyx, son ofEosphorus, the Morning Star.

They were very happy together in Trachis, and according to Pseudo-Apollodorus's account, often sacrilegiously called each other "Zeus" and "Hera".^[1] This angered Zeus, so while Ceyx was at sea (going to consult an oracle according to Ovid's account), the god threw a thunderbolt at his ship. Soon after, Morpheus (god of dreams) disguised as Ceyx appeared to Alcyone as an apparition to tell her of his fate, and she threw herself into the sea in her grief. Out of compassion, the gods changed them both into halcyon birds, named after her.

Ovid^[2] and Hyginus^[3] both also recount the metamorphosis of the pair in and after Ceyx's loss in a terrible storm, though they both omit Ceyx and Alcyone calling each other Zeus and Hera (and Zeus's resulting anger) as a reason for it. Ovid also adds the detail of her seeing his body washed up onshore before her attempted suicide.

Ovid and Hyginus both also make the metamorphosis the origin of the etymology for "halcyon days", the seven days in winter when storms never occur. They state that these were originally the 14 days each year (seven days on either side of the shortest day of the year^[4]) during which Alcyone (as a kingfisher) laid her eggs and made her nest on the beach and during which her father Aeolus, god of the winds, restrained the winds and calmed the waves so she could do so in safety. The phrase has since come to refer to any peaceful time. Its proper meaning, however, is that of a lucky break, or a bright interval set in the midst of adversity; just as the days of calm and mild weather are set in the height of winter for the sake of the kingfishers' egglaying.

2014 Golden Globes Awards

This year, regarding my family  intensive program, unfortunately, I had the opportunity to see only three films in the cinema, the "12 Years a slave", " The Wolf of Wall Street" and "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty".

However, even if my choice of seeing the above films was absolutely by chance, I feel very lucky that I had this 7th art's experience because of the message that these movies send to me. The meaningful considerations of actor interpretations during movie scenes were very close to the idea of freedom's vindication as a big human truth.    

These movies made clearest to me that the right life options are these that were always being in our minds and  hidden in our soul but stupid things like social cliches, are blocking our energy.

In my opinion, Leonardo DiCaprio's role at " The Wolf of Wall Street" and Lupita Nyong'o's role at "12 Years a slave" are truly exceptional and so the Golden Globes Award for the first one as the nomination for the second, were the less for them but Ben Stiller's performance at "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" is also a very interesting case.

One day at Hellenic Motor Museum

I strongly think that every moment, every second, every day you decide to visit a place independently the style of this place or the activity that is taking place there and every time that you organise something in your space, independently the event or the persons that you are going to meet,  you have to be dressed as closer as to the mood, the goal and the nature of your action. The explanation that I give at this view of mind is that if you want to be a magnet of the all around environment, put a role at yourself in the microcosm of society, feel more familiar to the idea of circumstance and be assimilated to the situation surround you, your personality icon and appearance are two essential subjects.Of course, whatever has to do with the "personality" is something that cannot change accordingly to the current situation, although we always have the chance to give the appropriate shape at our attitude, regarding the conditions, but it is another discussion. For me the big bet is the "appearance" and I talk about the outfit, the dressing, the style of external, personal look.

At the next days, I am going to visit the Hellenic Motor Museum. One of my friends referred to me this place as an interesting experience and I have already thought about the outfit that match more to this opportunity.
