Salad, Juice and Fit.....for the Summer


Hey, Girls! Lets see together a so simple but also so delicious menu for a healthy way of beauty.....

My spring lunch

The Salad

-Arugula, parmesan cheese, barley bread, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts 

For the sauce:
-Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, sesame 


The Juice 

-Strawberries, orange, banana, ginger
