It was a really interesting night for me beause the compination of spesial tastings in an exceptional restaurant "HYTRA" that is placed at the 6th floor of the alternative MOMA of ATHENS, STEGI ONASSIS CULTURAL CENTRE, is the perfect formula of making me feel accoblished of flavours in an absolutely artfull environment.
The menu:
*Carob Bread
*Mushrooms with molasses and grilled haloumi cheese
*Chicken skewer with tarragon, paprika and Dijon mustard
*Pork knuckle with citrus tees' sauce
*Salad with lettuce, rantisio, watercress, aismpergk, goat cheese, spicy nuts and orange vinaigrette
This night dress code could be nothing different than chic, total black with gold glamorous details to the accessories.
